This makes it easier to understand candidate fit at a glance—whether the resume came from your ATS or you manually enriched it inside RightMatch AI.
RightMatch AI offers unlimited enrichments, but with monthly Priority Enrichments that ensure faster turnaround. This guide explains what counts as an enrichment, how limits work, and what to expect if you exceed your priority quota.
What Is a Resume Enrichment?
A resume enrichment is triggered when:
You click Enrich on a candidate profile in RightMatch AI
A resume is automatically imported from your ATS (if integrated)
A resume is uploaded through other automated workflows your team uses
Each enrichment extracts structured data, analyzes the resume against your open role, and generates a match score using your hiring preferences.
Priority vs. Standard Enrichments
RightMatch AI gives every workspace:
5,000 Priority Enrichments per month
Processed quickly (typically ~30 seconds)
Ideal for active pipelines and high-volume hiring teams
Unlimited Standard Enrichments
Kicked in automatically after the monthly 5,000 priority limit is reached
May be throttled and processed within up to 24 hours
You do not need to choose which type to use—RightMatch allocates them automatically.
How Monthly Limits Work
The 5,000 Priority Enrichment quota resets on the same calendar day each month (based on your billing cycle).
Once the quota is used:
Enrichments still run—they are never blocked
They simply enter a throttled queue

Do enrichments stop after I reach my limit?
No. Enrichments never stop. After hitting your 5,000 Priority Enrichment cap, they continue as Standard Enrichments, which may take up to 24 hours.
How will I know if an enrichment is queued or delayed?
RightMatch AI will show a status indicator on the candidate profile. You may also receive an email or in-app notification when the enrichment completes (depending on your workspace settings).
Do ATS imports count toward my monthly limit?
Yes. Any resume that triggers an enrichment—whether manually or from an ATS integration—counts toward your monthly Priority Enrichment allocation.
If I delete a candidate, does it restore any of my limit?
No. Once an enrichment has been used, it cannot be reversed or refunded.
What happens if multiple team members enrich resumes at the same time?
Enrichments are counted per workspace, not per user. All enrichments contribute to the same monthly priority pool.
Can I increase my Priority Enrichment limit?
Yes. Additional priority capacity or custom enterprise-level allocations are available. Contact your RightMatch AI success manager or message our support team to discuss options.
Do enrichments for old candidates count toward the limit?
Yes. Any enrichment you trigger—regardless of candidate age—uses one of your monthly priority allotments until the quota is reached.
Will throttled enrichments always take 24 hours?
Not always. "Up to 24 hours" is a maximum. Many complete sooner depending on overall platform load.

Bulk import during low-urgency periods so priority enrichments remain available for active roles.
Avoid enriching the same candidate repeatedly unless new information was added.
