Resumes not appearing on your dashboard

Resumes are processed asynchronously and may take a few minutes to appear. Learn what to check if your resumes aren't showing up.

1. Resumes are still processing

Resumes are processed asynchronously, meaning they don't appear instantly after upload. In most cases, they'll show up within a few minutes. If you just uploaded a batch, give it 5–10 minutes and refresh your dashboard.

2. You may be out of credits

Resume enrichment requires credits. If your credit balance is insufficient, resumes will upload but won't be enriched or surfaced on your dashboard.

To check your balance:

  • Go to Settings > Credits

  • Review your current balance and usage history

  • Purchase additional credits if needed

3. Your filters may be hiding candidates

Active filters on your dashboard can prevent resumes from displaying, even if they've been processed successfully.

To check your filters:

  • Look for any active filter indicators at the top of your candidate list

  • Try clearing all filters to view the full candidate pool

  • Check that your view settings (e.g., stage, status, or role) aren't narrowing results unintentionally

4. Still not showing after 24 hours?

If it's been more than 24 hours since your upload and your resumes still aren't appearing — and your credits are sufficient and filters are cleared — please contact our support team. Include:

  • The role or job posting the resumes were uploaded to

  • The approximate number of resumes uploaded

  • The date and time of your upload

We'll investigate and get back to you as quickly as possible.
