Step 1: Access Candidate Dashboard
Log into RightMatch.
Navigate to the candidate dashboard where you can view candidates' resumes.
Step 2: Select a Candidate
Identify a candidate suitable for the role (e.g., Jonathan for the marketing director role).
Review the candidate's resume for relevant experience and skills.
Step 3: Initiate Interview Creation
Click on the option to create an interview for the selected candidate.
Step 4: Input Job Description and Skills
Select the job role (e.g., marketing director).
Add required skills for the interview (e.g., Google Analytics, brand management, paid Facebook marketing).
Step 5: Customize Interview Options
Optionally upload an introductory video for the candidate.
Set expiration dates for the interview.
Toggle options for coding exercises and mobile device usage.
Step 6: Adjust Advanced Options
Set accessibility options and time limits for questions.
Add any additional questions or feedback mechanisms as needed.
Step 7: Generate Interview Questions
Allow RightMatch to generate interview questions based on the selected skills.
Review the generated questions.
Step 8: Edit Interview Questions
Delete unnecessary questions to keep the interview concise.
Edit questions as needed for clarity or relevance.
Step 9: Add Follow-Up Questions and Exercises
Enable follow-up questions based on candidate responses.
Add any relevant exercises for the role (e.g., coding tasks for developers).
Step 10: Save and Send Interview
Save the interview for future use or send it directly to the candidate.
Optionally, invite the hiring manager to review and provide feedback.
Step 11: Review Candidate Responses
After the candidate completes the interview, review their responses in the interviews tab.

Ensure that all skills and questions are relevant to the role being interviewed for.
Be mindful of the time limits set for the interview to avoid overwhelming the candidate.
