When something goes wrong

If you hit an error, see unexpected behavior, or something simply stops working, this article walks you through how to report it quickly so we can fix it fast.

Common issues and quick fixes

Interview invite didn't arrive

  • Check the candidate's spam folder first

  • Confirm the email address was entered correctly

  • The invite link works independently — you can share it directly with the candidate even if the email is missing

  • If the issue persists, report it below

ATS not syncing candidates

  • Go to Settings → Integrations and confirm your ATS shows as "Connected"

  • Disconnect and reconnect the integration

  • Check that the role in your ATS is active, not archived

MCP tools not showing up

Credits deducted but nothing processed

  • This is rare but it happens. Report it immediately using the steps below — we'll review the transaction and restore credits if the processing failed

How to report a bug

When you reach out, include the following so we can investigate without back-and-forth:

  1. What you were trying to do — "I was sending an interview to three candidates for the BDR role"

  2. What you expected to happen — "I expected them to receive an email invite"

  3. What actually happened — "The status showed 'sent' but no email arrived"

  4. When it happened — approximate time and date

  5. A screenshot if you can — any error message, UI state, or unexpected result

Open the chat in the bottom right of this page and say "I want to report a bug." Our team will pick it up immediately.

What to expect

We respond to bug reports within 4 hours during business hours (Monday through Friday, 8AM to 6PM CT). Critical issues — anything blocking active hiring — get escalated immediately.

You can also email [email protected] directly if you prefer.
