Sending interviews

1. Send interviews to your recommended candidates

Find my recommended candidates for the AE role and send them a Mira interview

Claude pulls the shortlist, shows you exactly who will be invited, and waits for your confirmation before anything goes out. Candidates with a phone number on file also get an SMS invite.

2. Send to specific people

Include phone numbers to add SMS delivery. SMS lifts completion rates.

One rule to remember

Nothing is ever sent to a candidate without an explicit confirmation step. Claude previews every invite and waits for your "send it."
